Sega Sports, possibly the only sports brand name that can rival EA, has been around since the earliest days of the Genesis. In recent years the brand has focused on the 2K series but they?ve also focused on Tennis. In Sega Sports Tennis for PlayStation 2 gamers familiar with the Virtua Tennis series will find themselves right at home. Using the same basic engine as that found in the VT series and many of the same tennis stars, the game brings something for veterans to the brand and new comers. Seeing as it?s a PlayStation 2 game, Sega Sports Tennis will feature visuals not possible in previous games found on Dreamcast. More on this one should surface at E3.s
